Everyone can benefit from setting specific fitness goals for themselves.

When setting a goal, you need to define exactly what you want.

By writing down a clear action plan, you will have a direction to move in.

Just "geting in shape" is too vague for your mind- it needs a clearly defined

set of instructions... something to work toward. Your goals should be:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Action-oriented
  • Realistic
  • Timed
